By the way, I didn't use the -e option for the first analysis.
Unfortunately, this analysis doesn't show any meaningful difference beetween the 2 groups.
Otherwise if I want to try if the differences between the 2 runs differ between the 2 groups, I just have to do the same analysis but using the difference instead of mean per subject before run randomise, right ?
And if I want to find if differences beetween the two groups differ between the 2 runs, how can I do that ? do I make 2 similar randomise analysis (one for the first run, and another for the 2nd run) and then compare them ?
