Dear FSL list,
Has anyone ever tried to evaluate the eddy_correct script (which just simply calls flirt) with a second run on the already corrected data?
My hypothesis was, that there should ideally be no correction necessary at all.
Well I was wrong, and also running the ecclog file with the ec_plot.sh script still showed me high motion parameters.
can I take this as an indication that there is still a lot of residual motion in my only once corrected data?
(Of course I had also been using the movie tool in FSL for the eddy corrected data, but there seemed to be no difference between running eddy_correct only once or twice.)
I would appreciate your thoughts on this very much,
Thanks and all the best,
Barbara
