Hi there,
I think I may have found an inconvenient feature of the 'Reference By
Peak' window {R:Peak:Re-reference to this peak}. If you chose to
reference a 3D to a 2D spectrum it gives you the option to choose which
dimension to match to which, however if you want to reference a 2D to a
3D it automatically assumes that 2D.F1=3D.F1 and 2D.F2=3D.F2 (which in
my case is not true). This happens even if the dimensions are not
compatible - I lost my 2D HSQC as it tried to shift the carrier to match
the CA region... This is a pain as I have referenced all my 3D's to each
other and now I need to re-reference them all or do the 2D reference
manually.
Also, I note that you can't reference more than 2 spectra at one time
(i.e. you can't reference an entire data set at once). Although I know
this requires more programming at your end, it'd be nice!
