Information Officer
(1 year temporary contract)
ING Commercial Banking UK, based in the City of London, has an opportunity for an Information Officer from mid-September. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience of the administration of global information systems in a financial setting. The successful candidate will be encouraged to develop knowledge and skills that will be invaluable in any future professional qualification in information/knowledge management.
The UK Corporate Communications team is responsible for managing ING’s global transaction database and related systems. These systems track deal information for marketing purposes. You will be responsible for adding data to these systems and responding promptly to related enquiries. You will also assist in promoting and developing these systems.
In addition, you will liaise with league table vendors (e.g. Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters) to ensure that ING is accurately represented.
You will also provide additional support to the Corporate Communications team as required.
