Hello,
I'm researching my dissertation for the MSc Accessibility & Inclusive Design and my topic is around access to information for disabled people booking holidays. I have been interested to see the recent discussion on accessible tourism.
The National Accessible Scheme does not seem to be universally used, even by Visit England on whose website it sit. There are also other access information schemes that don't seem to have been adopted. My question is does anyone know if there has been any research into why these schemes aren't used, and if so can you point me in the right direction please?
Many thanks
