Hi Alison,
You are not alone. I had a similar conversation with one of our pharmacists this morning. Like you we have not found an alternative.

Dear All,
We have been informed by our hospital pharmacy that there is supply problem for Tetracosactide (Synacthen) 250mcg/ml until October. Has anyone else been informed of this and found an alternative?. Pharmacy have recommended changing to 1mg/ml but we don't carry out the long synacthen test anymore.
Thanks in advance for your help
Alison
