Hello All,
I have a resting state fMRI study with a TR of 2.34 seconds that makes use of ascending, interleaved acquisition. I have read that for longer TRs above 2 seconds that slice timing is a good idea. However, since my TR is so close to 2, and given that I am using interleaved slice acquisition I was wondering if I should slice time or not? I am worried it will propagate uneccessary error throughout my scans. I have found many links that all state 2 as the cut off for this new trend of not slice timing....I was wondering if anyone knows if this is an absolute cut off or if there is some wiggle room?
Many thanks,
Jenna
