"TRUSTWORTHINESS BEFORE TRUST"
Baroness Onora O'Neill will be giving a keynote lecture entitled "Trustworthiness before Trust" at the University of Surrey.
Baroness O'Neill, a distinguished philosopher and politician, gave the 2002 BBC Reith Lectures "A Question of Trust", and is working on accountability and trust among her many interests. She currently chairs the Equality and Human Rights Commission, and has been a member of the House of Lords since 1999.
This lecture is the keynote lecture of the VoteID 2013 conference, the 4th International Conference on e-Voting and Identity to be hosted by the Department of Computing this July.
