I work in the food prep industry. It appears to be the norm company wide to issue tubigrip to anyone under the age of 18 and anyone who says they have weak wrists or pain. The roles are aften very repetative and we do have regular rotation.
I would prefer tubigrip is not issued as it a compression bandage not support bandage.
Does anyone have any evidence to support this? Is it issued elsewhere? What are your views please.
It would also appear there may be no policy and untrained persons are expected to issue it.
