Hi Tracy, we have just introduced this and my advice would be to get the policies, procedures and training all done before you purchase the units. Our training dept let me down and we had the units on site for 6 months before anyone was trained! We initially just trained 1st aiders and security guards but anyone can be trained and they are pretty fool proof to use! We carried out a risk assessment, considering site size & time to get to most distant point, transport available etc to decide on number and location. We used a Paramedic to train our people and once you are trained you can use most other models. You can train them yourself but would need to purchase training defibs etc. We were advised to purchase the Philips Heartstart and the Paramedic was full of praise for them. I will send you other info when I find it! Hope this helps. Best wishes,Gaye
