I would echo Debbie's coments regarding point 4.
I have had some poor experiences working with OHT's who had no medical background and worked well outside their boundaries, which can cause issues for the nurse who is giving clinical supervision.(unfortunately we were not employed by the same people and I had no line management responsibility for them)
However I have also worked with an excellent OHT who is an ex nurse / midwife and has an understanding of vicarious liability. Training and policies outlining boundaries and when to referr are key
