Dear colleague,
As you know, over the last year we have funded a range of projects in the first phase of the JRF’s Poverty and Ethnicity programme. These have mainly involved qualitative research and literature reviews. They have covered issues including social networks, caring and earning, local labour markets, workplace culture and in work poverty among others. This Autumn we will be commissioning several new projects for the second phase of the programme. These are intended to mainly focus on quantitative research.
We are particularly interested in projects using the new Census and Understanding Society datasets, but will also be looking at projects using other datasets and involving mixed methods. There is a very wide range of topics which this phase of work could cover and I would greatly value your input in considering which areas we should prioritise.
I would therefore be very grateful if you would take 5 minutes to complete this on-line consultation by the 9th August. https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/pov
If you would also like to discuss the current or future work with me in more detail I would be very happy to do so. Please contact me by email at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> or on 01904 615 904.
Best wishes,
Helen
