Dear Group
We at Bangor University are trying to find an alternative method of
identifying our short loan collection. We are currently using plastic
dust jackets but this method is extremely time consuming.
I have learnt that some University Libraries simply put coloured tape or
stickers on the spine of their short loan books, however I have
reservations about doing this as I have been told that these
stickers/tape damage the books once they have been removed.
Could you please explain how you idenify your short collection and share
any good practice
Kind Regards
Mrs Sarah Jane Owen
