Dear FSL developers,
Based on the ICA output, I have selected my components of interests (DMN, FPN and executive).
I now would like to split these components in unique sub-parts (e.g. posterior vs anterior).
If I would split them up based on atlas-derived masks, then the z-values inside these subparts are correlations with the overal component instead of with the voxels of that subpart. Correct?
And this would not give me the information I want for FSLnets (where I want to correlate the subparts).
Is there a way to do this without having to run an ICA with a high number of components? Is there a way to somehow split specifically chosen component?
Thanks
Heidi
