Dear ESRA delegates and colleagues
** apologies for cross-posting **
Our Ljubljana conference is almost upon us and the Organising Committee has some exciting news to share.
Conference App
This year we have developed a conference app, available for both iOS and Android platforms. The app has been designed to enhance your experience of the conference in a number of ways:
- At-a-glance overview of all of the conference sessions and activities
- Maps of facilities in the local area and within the conference venue
- Detailed information on each session along with paper abstracts
- Organise your conference stay by creating your own customised schedule
- Live conference twitter stream (#ESRA2013)
- Rate each session (anonymously of course!)
The app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/esra-2013/id662551560
and Google Play https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.stevenjamesgray.esra2013hd
Social Media
ESRA is a community of survey researchers and we would like to encourage as much discussion, conversation and comment, not just at conference but also online. To join this online conversation, please like our new Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/europeansurveyresearch, and feel free to make comments.
Our journal, Survey Research Methods, can now be accessed from the FB page.
Please also follow us on Twitter: https://twitter.com/ESRAsurvey. We will make conference and other announcements in the future in this way, as well as by all the usual channels.
Very important: the hashtag for the conference is #ESRA2013. Please include it in all of your conference tweets!
Finally, please also note that the agenda for the General Assembly, to be held at the conference, is now available on the website: http://www.europeansurveyresearch.org/about/assembly
We look forward to seeing you in Lubljana.
Regards from the Conference Organising Committee.
