Hi,
I am trying to use the parameter "--solvent_mask2" in 2D-class
averages to mask the RNA inside the virion. However, although the mask
is in the centre, the (average) images are slightly off set. The result
is an irregular ring of density that is thicker at one side than at the
other. How can I avoid this? Should I increase the sampling rate? What
do I have to do to centre the images?
Thanks, Dieter
