Hi Luis,
to my knowledge, anthropologists working in camps have mostly worked in Refugee camps - Michel Agier is one name that comes to my mind. On camps for (alleged) 'nomad people' I know two books in Italian on camps for Roma (s.c. campi nomadi) - Carlotta Saletti Salza (2003). Bambini del campo nomadi. Roma bosniaci a Torino. Rome: CISU, and Ulderico Daniele (2012) Sono del campo e vengo dall'India. Etnografia di una collettivita' rom dislocata. Rome: Meti Editore. I would also be interested in anthropological studies of other types of camps such as camping sites and elementary social units.
As you probably know sociologists and geographers have written extensively on camps in general, drawing especially on Agamben's ideas (e.g. special issue of Geografiska Annaler, 2006). You can also have a look at the papers that are now being uploaded and will be presented at the session on 'urban camps' at RC21: http://www.rc21.org/conferences/berlin2013/prog-24.php
Good luck! And let's keep in touch,
Giovanni
