Welcome to the Swiss Epidemiology Winter School in Wengen, Switzerland.
The 2014 Swiss Epidemiology Winter School in Wengen, Switzerland is now open for registration. The Winter School will take place during the week of 20-25 January, 2014, immediately after the Lauberhorn ski races, when Wengen is calm, with few people on the slopes. Students stay on site and work hard in the mornings. They then have an extended break to review course materials, catch up on emails or go skiing or snowboarding. We reconvende at 4pm for computer practicals.
We are offering 6 courses in 2014. All courses run for 3 days, either from Monday to Wednesday or from Thursday to Saturday. Each course is worth 1.5 ECTS. The list of courses and key faculty is as follows:
