Hi Sue
Vin West from Grŵp Mynediad Arfon Access Group has just completed a report for VisitWales on their website which covers issues such as access statements (or lack of) and the usefulness of the information. It's worth asking Vin if he is able to let you see the report.
Regards
Alan

Hello Sue,
If you are looking at the hotel industry the guy to chat to is Brian Seaman from the Holiday Care Service..
An absolute guru on the industry, and a nice chap as well..
I travel extensively throughout the UK and find Holiday Inn helpful and consistent when I book..
Website not bad for info, conversation with on site staff usually very informed, and rooms meet guidelines..
Regards
Ian
