I am looking into good and bad practice relating to public facing pre-visit access statements (note: not building regs/planning etc.). I am particularly interested in the information which is, is not or should be made available prior to booking a nights’ accommodation with a hotel provider. Does anyone have:
• Good examples
• Bad examples
• Thoughts on what should / should not be included for pre-visit access statements
In addition to content I am interested to hear any views around the level of detail, format and best location for such information.
Thanks
Sue
