I dont think one can be sure. It's a plural voice. Pleural rather than
individuated! The inhuman corporate perhaps. I read yesterday that Gatwick
Airport wants a second runway. I might assume this means those who own the
place; but maybe it is the construct becoming linguistic.
Ive posted poems here in the past which are both snapshots and also
portraits of actual people even if they were just people I saw out of a
vehicle window. This is not that kind of vocalisation- more negativity!
