But there is still something confused me.
I know that after doing slice timing, every voxel in an image will be sampled at exactly the same time.
And, after doing slice timing, there are still 400 images as the total number of the input data. (in my case)
Does it mean that after the correction step, those data would be sampled at only 400 time points?
In my experiment (TR=3 s), can I just think about the first image represents the BOLD signal at first second, and the second image represents the BOLD signal at the 4th seconds, and so on?
