Dear SPMers,
I would like to know if any of you have performed an ANOVA, comparing resting-state scans for two groups at two scanning sessions (2 groups at Time 1, same 2 groups at Time 2) via whole-brain contrasts, in SPM. We would like to examine the main effects of group, time, and the interaction.
The main issue we are having is that the factorial design in the 2nd level appears to require contrast images for each cell in the ANOVA (Group 1 Time 1, Group 2 Time 1, Group 1 Time 2, Group 2 Time 2), but with resting-state data we have no such contrasts.
I also understand that this kind of ANOVA could be performed using seed-based r-s data, but we are interested in a voxelwise whole-brain comparison.
Thank you in advance for the advice,
Ben Mooneyham
