Something thing that you want to look at is the cameras that you use. If budget is not an issue you want something that shoots 4:4:4 if possible, or at least 4:2:2 - this rules out most prosumer cameras and quite a lot of pro cameras too. Blackmagic's cinema cameras certainly look like they'd be good for green screen work.
