The WMS is mainly concerned with throughput, not instant results.

Did you invoke that command multiple times for the same job?

You would need to patch /etc/glite-wms/<VO>/glite_wmsui.conf manually to
remove the MyproxyServer line: YAIM requires a PX_HOST on the UI...

Upgrade the WMS to EMI-3: the problem supposedly is fixed there !!
