This does look very strange - are you sure you didn't change anything else? But I can't immediately see anything that would cause a problem. I can only suggest a GGUS ticket, maybe the gstat database has some kind of glitch.
However, I would say that your use of the cluster node is odd, since both your CEs are configured in non-cluster mode so they aren't making use of it. The idea of the cluster node is that you use it to publish the information once, and configure each CE in cluster mode so they point to the information on the cluster node and don't publish it themselves.
