Hi all,
Sorry for asking so many questions, but FSLnets is new to me and I don't know anybody familiar with it.
I am trying to understand the columns generated in matlab (netmats3)
According to the script, it should depict one row per subject; within each row, the net matrix is unwrapped into 1D.
This is true: I have 40 subjects, so 40 rows.
However, I am 64 columns, of which each first and tenth are zeros. I have chosen 8 components, so I do understand that there 8 columns.
But what is the correct way to interpret this.
Are the first 8 columns the individual correlations (z-transformed) with the second component? The second 8 for the correlation with the third component?
Thanks
Heidi
