Hi,
I have 5 subjects each of which has with 6 different drug levels (2
scans per level). One subject is missing 1 drug level.
I carried out a first level analysis and then a second level to
calculate the average drug level effect per level for each subject.
I would like to use a repeated measures ANOVA to determine if there is
an overall effect of increasing the drug level (Baseline here would be
considered the lowest drug level).
I set up the contrasts as outlined in the older website
(file:///usr/local/fsl/doc/feat5/detail.html). However, on the newer
wiki it states that "Feat...cannot account for arbitrary repeated
measures correlation. Likewise, randomise cannot accommodate general
repeated measures designs." Does this mean that my results would not
be valid and FSL is not suitable for this type of analysis?
If no, do you have a suggestion on the best way to examine the
effects? (contrast conditions with separate paired t-tests?)
If yes, does the zfstat (C1 & C2 & C3 & C4 & C5) image file represent
all voxels showing an overall drug effect?
Thank you for any help,
Matt
