Hi all,
I am trying to understand FSLNETS and so far the script is clear to me in terms of what I need to add or change.
I am now coming to the part where I need to enter my design.con and design.mat file and this is were I run into trouble.
Not that I don't understand it, but that my design is rather complex.
I have two groups of 20 subjects, measured three times.
I ran the ICA on all of them, so 120 people. Then I did dual regression.
After doing dual regression, I have used fslsplit and afterward fslmerge to make the correct comparisons:
- group 1 - group 2 for basline
- group 1 - group 2 for post 1-baseline
- group 1 - group 2 for post 2 - post 1
And so, I ran the dual regression again on these output files.
Now I want to run FSLNETS on these comparisons, to see if the correlations between components changes.
Does this mean I need to make separate folder for each comparison, so that FSLnet knows which output-files of the dual regression it should use?
Do I need to run FSLNETS several times, so for each above mentioned comparison?
Look forward to your highly appreciated help!
Best
Heidi
