Hi all
I have just quickly given a reading to the opinion - it is available under the subject 'Approximation of laws - Human rights' at
http://curia.europa.eu/jcms/jcms/j_6/
just clicking 'Most recent judgments and opinions'.
While I am obviously extremely honoured that some of my views have been endorsed by the Advocate General with this opinion, I am a bit preoccupied that legislative measures about other tricks of trade that spoil search engines results with persistent inaccuracies, wrong or false / misleading, defamatory and obfuscating contents, seems long way off. Anyway, one step at the time, this judicial opinion is a very good plain reading that points the attention of the public, in my opinion, not to the wrongs but to the human rights aspects of our digital lives and ...two wrongs don't make a right!
