Researcher needed to support the demand for a living wage in
hotel/hospitality companies.
UNITE the union organise hotel workers and their London branch have been
working with London Citizens to try and organise (and win wage rises)
for workers in large hotel chains.
They are looking for someone to help them with some background research
to explore the ownership, profit/loss and tax arrangements of a number
of central London hotels.
If this works out, the project may be expanded.
