This exciting new role requires an individual with an understanding of Business Intelligence in a large complex organisation, who can analyse management information needs and the combined demands of internal and external reporting. Working in the University’s Strategic Planning Office, you will lead work on management information and data governance to aid strategic decision making and support business planning, as well as analysis of university positioning and Business Intelligence reporting. You will work with data users and senior managers across the institution, and champion the adoption of consistent and accessible solutions that help us integrate academic and business planning. Additionally, you will lead the determination of strategic priorities for the work of the technical Business Intelligence team in our Information Services department.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Management Information with an understanding of systems and data architecture and business process design, together with the change management and communications skills to champion major and complex process change and drive this work forward across the university.
Interviews will be held in the week commencing 15 July 2013.
