Dear fellow jiscers
I am of the opinion that a solicitors request is out of date after three months. I cant find the relevant documentation to support this.
I have tried Access to Health Records, Data Protection Act, Woolfe Reforms for Claims and the FOM website.
I wonder if it is there and I am just not seeing it? Or should I be looking elsewhere altogether. Or am I incorrect in my opinion?
What I need is evidence of the exact time scale for when we say no to a solicitors request for medical records because the request is out of date.
Can any one point me in that direction please where I will find the evidence that actually says its only valid for three months?
many thanks
