Thanks for your help. I have installed webpa and it appears to be working
correctly.
I notice in the second link below you mention that to have outcomes
functionality we need to use the open source and not the Basic LIT THAT
COMES WITH Blackboard 9.1 so it will link into grade centre.
I can't find this "open building block" any chance you could point me in the
right direction direction.Is this something we need to install into
blackboard

I would suggest that you start by looking at WebPA 2 and using LTI to
integrate it with Blackboard Learn. You can find more information on how we
