The latest edition of the Annual Report on Fuel Poverty Statistics has just been published. It shows the number of British households in 'fuel poverty' under DECC's definition fell to its lowest level since 2008. The latest figure for 2011 is 4.5 million against 4.75 million in 2010. https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/199833/Fuel_Poverty_Report_2013_FINALv2.pdf (3.6mb download) Paul Ashton
