One tip I have is, if your employee is also a driver/needs any other
assessment. have that staff member on a separate rolling programme when
offering the nightworker programme ie do theirs at the same time as the
drivers assessment this saves alot of time and company money re phone
calls/appts.
We do ours yearly - I consider for some staff this is too often however for
others with complicated medical histories is just right. I am considering
offering to different areas of the business at different times of the year
as the pile of paperwork/computer work from this one query is overwhelming
for me and not always necessary- ie managers wants brownie points for
checking all their staff have filled them in, so training managers (and they
change so often) might be the key here.
