All,
It appears that on CentOS 6, the sshd file in /etc/pam.d/ still refers to pam_stack.so. If you have gotten to the point where you want to use the patched version of OpenSSH with a pre-existing account on your Moonshotted server, you may find that you can't log in and the SSHD debug output refers to access being denied due to the PAM configuration.
Follow http://www.itsolutionskb.com/2009/10/how-to-fix-deprecated-pam_stack-module-error/ to fix your sshd PAM stack and it should all start to function ok. I guess the OpenSSH team needs to be told about that at some point.
