Hi Sarah
Hmm curious because the Open Athens helpdesk didn't say anything about maintenance today...and there's nothing on their service status page: http://status.openathens.net/
I wonder if we are being passed from pillar to post...?
Best wishes
Claire

Hi Claire,
We're having problems too. I've contacted the Lexis Helpdesk and they have advised that OpenAthens is undergoing maintenance today which is the cause of the problems.
Kind regards
Sarah

Subject: [lis-e-resources] Open Athens problem with Nexis UK
Dear All
Is anyone else having problems getting into Nexis UK through Open Athens today?
Our problem seems to be intermittent but substantial enough for us to have received a few calls to our helpdesk.
Kind regards
