Hi Anderson,
Please allow me to make sure I understand what you are saying by repeating it back to you in my own words. Even though I split my subjects into two groups, it didn't effect my post-Melodic analysis in dual-regression followed by randomize because each subjects categorization into the high or low IQ was correct. Although if I repeated the analysis it should be:
Input Group High IQ Low IQ
1 1 0 1
2 1 1 0
3 1 0 1 and so forth.
So, by what you are saying then randomise does know which subjects have high and low IQ. The output from the prior analysis gave only tstat1 files and no tstat2 files. Do these tstat1, and hence dr_state3_icXXX_corrp_tstat1 files represent the difference between the high and low IQ subjects?
Thank you for your help,
Varina
