Hi all,
Our hospital has been doing a little work lately with concussion patients using FSL to compare their Fractional Anisotropy (FA) and Mean Diffusivity (MD) values to "normal" controls. So let's say I wanted to compare a single patient to a group of normals. I realize that running the randomize permutation test after tbss is statistically speaking a bad idea (unless I had a ridiculous number of normals) because the permutations would be number of controls + 1. That being said, the only other options I can think of would be to do bootstrapping or compare voxelwise Z scores of the patient to a bank of normals. Bootstrapping is probably beyond my mathematic/statistic/programming abilities. Is there a way to get FSL to crank out Z-score maps on patients FA or MD data?
Thanks
