Hi everyone,
I have talked to OUP now, and it appears that some embedded pdf images in our LaTeX-generated book pdf come out wrong in the CPI printers. I have now changed those images to png, which seems to work better, and compiled a new file for them to print.
Wayne: I would be very interested to hear about your other thoughts on our book.
