SPM can analyse your data as separate sessions, or if you have a good reason, you can concatenate them into a single file before analysing them with SPM. Either way, you'll need to convert your images to Analyse or NIfTI format before you can work with them. There's a link to a converter at http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/ext/ .
