Hi FSL users,
I am trying to use MELODIC to spatially compare resting state networks in a single subject before, 1-month after, and 6-months after a particular treatment.
I have run MELODIC on the concatenated single subject data (ie. Subject A's data from session 1, 2 and 3) to identify RSNs.
Now I'd like to evaluate any changes between these 3 sessions.
First I simply ran MELODIC again on the individual session data (ie. Subject A's session 1, then Subject A's session 2 etc) but due to how ICA separates the data this may not be a valid comparison.
Is it possible to run dual regression on this data to identify spatial maps that correspond to session 1, 2 and 3? And if so, how do I set up the GLM for this design?
Thanks so much for any guidance on this topic,
Kathryn
