Hi,
I'm glad you've figured out what was causing the problem.
It is fine to have dark squares on the diagonal of the right hand side matrix, as long as the numerical value in the last one is not too small.
I am fairly sure that the comma issue occurred in all EVs, not just EV2. It is likely that it just rejects the numbers after the comma, so that for EV2 that made them all zero, but in the other EVs there were values greater than 1, and so these were retained, but without the decimal places. So make sure you replace all the commas, in all the EVs, as otherwise I don't think you will have the right design.
All the best,
Mark
