It's been mentioned that to transform Template_6.nii to MNI space, you
can use the following:
load Template_6_2mni.mat
M = mni.affine
P='Template_6.nii';
Nii = nifti(P);
Nii.mat = M;
Nii.mat_intent = 4;
create(Nii);
If I use the deformation toolbox to create y_ images from u_rc1*
files, can I use the same code to warp the y_ images to MNI to obtain
a single deformation field from native to MNI space?
Alternatively, would it be better to convert it to an _sn.mat file
with VF, VG, and flag fields and then compose a single deformation
field?
Or would it be best to apply the above code to deformed images
produced by the deformation tool?
