As I understand it, yaim core is not going to be maintained after EMI, although obviously it will keep working as it is now. For the individual products I think it's up to the teams if they keep maintaining their yaim functions, but I assume they won't be in the EPEL distributions as yaim core won't be there so I'm not sure what the distribution method would be. Personally I'm most concerned about the info system configuration for CREAM which is currently highly dependent on yaim, but I've so far failed to persuade anyone to address it.
