Dear SPM-users,
I have a question concerning the 2nd-level analysis of our paradigm. We have a paradigm with 3 different conditions (Condition A, B, C) and ran 3 sessions (1,2,3) one after another. We divided our subjects in 3 different groups (X,Y,Z) and compared activations in the different groups X,Y and Z at different conditions using a full-factorial design.
Now we would like to see if there is a time-dependent difference in activation. Our idea is to just add the factor time to our mentioned full-factorial design and specifiy the correspondent images. Would this be the most appropriate solution or should we use something different?
Best regards,
M. Al-Bayati
