Is it me? Both web sites take me only to the Survey, not the Core Competencies.

Subject: WHO midwifery educator competencies
The World Health Organisation is in the process of developing a set of ‘Core Competencies for Midwifery Educators’. At a global consultation in Geneva in December 2012 a set of draft competencies were discussed and further developed. Following this a Technical Review Group was established to further this work.
These competencies are now ready for a wider global consultation. We invite you to fill out the brief survey found on https://atrial.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_3F9ZYoaifVwow73 This survey contains the proposed competencies and invites comment. We are keen to have this distributed widely and invite you to send this survey on to any midwifery educators and educator groups with an interest in midwifery education.
The competencies are organised under eight domains, which are focused on the key areas of practice. The domains are
Domain 1: Ethical and legal principles of midwifery
Midwifery educators incorporate and promote ethical and legal aspects of midwifery care in teaching/learning activities and by consistent role modelling.
Domain 2: Midwifery practice
Midwifery educators maintain current knowledge and skills in midwifery theory and practice based on the best evidence available
Domain 3: Theoretical learning
Midwifery educators create an environment that facilitates learning.
Domain 4: Learning the clinical area
Midwifery educators create an environment for effective clinical teaching of midwifery care
Domain 5: Assessment and evaluation of students and programs
Midwifery educators are responsible for conducting regular monitoring, evaluation and assessment of the program and of the students
Domain 6: Organization and management:
Midwifery educators actively participate in formulation the policies and program outcomes and in designing and implementing curricula
Domain 7: Communication, leadership and advocacy
Midwifery educators are effective communicators and function as advocates, change agents and leaders.
Domain 8: Research
Midwifery educators promote the use of evidence and use it to inform midwifery education and practice
Under each of these domains you will see the related specific competencies. These competencies are seen as the basic, core competencies necessary for all midwifery educators. We therefore welcome your input on the survey found on https://atrial.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_3F9ZYoaifVwow73
