The Centre for Health Innovation Leadership and Learning at Nottingham University Business School, in partnership with The Health Foundation, is offering 4 funded Improvement Science PhD studentships, covering full tuition fees, tax-free living expenses and research expenses. These PhD studentships are aligned to a national programme to increase the research capacity in the field of improvement science, and are open to Home/EU applicants only.
Studentships, to start 1st October 2013, will focus on:
* Commissioning for Quality and Innovation in Community Stroke Care.
* A mixed-methods study of NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups: A collaboration of Social Network Analysis theory and Improvement Science objectives.
* Workforce re-configuration in the context of major health system change.
* Closing the translational gap: the normalisation journey of innovative healthcare interventions.
