Hi Rosie,
Ok perhaps this would be over kill. but if you wanted a bit more
functionality you could look at using the software that runs Wikipedia,
http://www.mediawiki.org/ it's free, open source and has the flexibility
to allow you to provide quite a range of functionalities.
Just a thought.
